Steven Boelens

Steven Boelens is the Co-Founder of Valquère and Executive Board Member. His extensive experience as a diamond broker, marketing manager and co-founder of multiple companies make him a true master when it comes to diamonds and diamond jewellery. In addition to his experience, Steven is a HRD graduate in polished and rough diamonds which he completed in Antwerp. He got to know the fundamentals of business at the Vlerick Business School and at Ghent University where he got his master’s degrees.

Stefaan Mouradian

Stefaan is Co-Founder of Valquère, Managing Director and President of the Board. He combines two master’s degrees (Business Administration and Economics) with a broad knowledge of the global business world. Stefaan has held various management positions in the banking & finance industry and was also for many years strategic advisor in the international diamond and jewellery industry. As a real entrepreneur he is savvy in a large variety of domains like E-commerce, finance, legal, real estate, strategy, marketing, management, and of course diamonds.

Gerd Van de Vel

Gerd is a Senior Relationship Manager at Valquère Antwerp. She has been guiding customers with personalised advice and expertise in their search for the perfect diamond jewel since 2015. She is also responsible for most of our tailor-made jewellery orders where she assists our clients to bring their most amazing ideas to life. Thanks to her master's degree in multilingual communication, she is able to advise our international customers in the Antwerp showroom. Apart from our inhouse training about diamond jewellery, Gerd completed the Diamond Foundation Course offered by De Beers in 2020 to improve her product knowledge to become the diamond expert she is today.

Kim Wouters

Kim, Valquère-certified is quite the Jill of all trades. After being submerged into all aspects of the brand, and being responsible for customer success, order & sales, office management, product management, she has
become an expert in everything diamond and jewellery related. Apart from this product expertise, Kim’s master’s degree in communications makes
her an excellent Diamond Jewellery Advisor to help you discover your personal taste and make sure all your expectations are exceeded.

Sofie Kuppens

“Logistics Champion”, which is the title Sofie was awarded with in 2018, leads and supervises the processing of orders and logistics and closely working together with the Valquère order team. She strives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by keeping our clients up to date in the production process and delivering on-time. To improve her product expertise even further, Sofie completed the Diamond Foundation Course by De Beers, which makes her a true diamond specialist.

Elitsa Macheva

Elitsa is the person to go to when it comes to design and material knowledge within Valquère. She makes sure the jewellery exceeds all your expectations. Thanks to her master’s degree in jewellery design and goldsmithing as well as her experience in 3D design and computer design, she became an expert in everything related to jewellery and their quality labels. In 2016 she won the yearly design prize at Royal Academy of Fine Arts. That surely confirms her passion and knowledge in her field.

Stephanie Hesters

As the Head of Diamond Buying at Valquère, Stephanie has an extensive knowledge of the diamond and the evolution of diamond prices. Thanks to her broad product knowledge gained throughout her years at Valquère and the Diamond Foundation Course by De Beers, Stephanie advises our customers interested in the investment side of diamonds to optimize every investment. To support her skills she has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management together with her master’s in Communication.

Gudrun Malik

Gudrun has been leading our Valquère Zürich showroom since 2017 where she offers personal advice based on expertise to our clients. She completed several training courses from GIA, De Beers Group and Rapaport which have provided her with an extensive product knowledge. She has a lot of experience with sales and guiding people to their dream jewel. Together with her cultural and business studies she combines all the qualities to cater our international market and make sure every client finds what they are looking for.

Fabienne Rauw

Wanwan Xu

After managing and setting up the Paris showroom for Valquère, Wanwan decided to take it a step further and take care of the Asian market from the office in Hong Kong, for which she is responsible. Her master’s degree in Luxury Marketing & Management and her experience in High Jewellery Brand located in Place Vendôme, Paris, France, as well as organizing events for luxury brands makes her the perfect host for all the clients that are interested in visiting the showroom located in the center of Hong Kong. She assists a lot of our customers in their searching of perfect diamond jewellery as well as investment diamonds in different languages as she speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, French and English.
