We provide our clients at Valquère with the opportunity to reconsider their purchase from www.valquere.com. As a result, clients who buy a jewel from our standard collection are granted a 30-day no obligation returns period. Starting from receipt of purchase, clients are entitled to either receive a full refund, or exchange their purchase for another piece of jewellery.

Which jewels can be returned?

All standard jewels shown on www.valquere.com with fixed prices. Tailor made or personalized jewels cannot be returned.

When to return your jewel?

Within 30 days after you received the jewel.

How to return your purchased jewel?

You can use a courier service of your preference (e.g. FedEx) to ship your jewel.

Important information before returning?

Make sure to use properly sealed and secured packaging to ship your jewel. Don’t forget all the documents and do not give visible hints that the contents of your package may include valuable items.

Upon receipt in our Antwerp showroom, all items will undergo a thorough quality control inspection. It is crucial that all returned items remain in their original, undamaged condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, a full refund will not be given and the appropriate costs will be deducted from the refund. Please note, if the jewel is missing its original packaging, documents, certificates, or has any damage, Valquère reserves the right to claim a corresponding depreciation from the final refund.
