Can I take a piece home the same day I visit the showroom?

Valquère jewellery is made to order, so same-day collection from the showroom is not standard. Production begins once payment is confirmed, which is how each piece is finished by hand in Antwerp to a level of detail that mass-produced jewellery cannot match. Standard designs listed on valquere.com take 10 to 15 working days to complete; a custom design requires approximately 4 working weeks. Showroom visits are by appointment, and in rare cases a finished piece is held in stock and available for immediate collection after payment clears. For all other orders, you will receive production updates at each stage, plus an estimated delivery date once the piece enters final quality control. Completed jewellery ships via insured courier to any address, or you can collect it in person at the Antwerp showroom.
