What do colour, clarity, and cut mean for lab-grown diamonds?

Colour, clarity, and cut, three of the four Cs that define diamond quality, apply to lab-grown diamonds exactly as they do to any diamond, and IGI grades each on the same international scale. Colour runs from D (colourless) to Z; Valquère's standard range uses E and F. Clarity measures internal inclusions and surface marks formed during crystal growth: Our diamonds boast VS1 and VVS2 clarity, ensuring an eye-clean appearance. Cut is the variable controlled entirely by the cutter, since proportions, symmetry, and polish determine how light travels through the stone. Each Valquère diamond features a triple very good or triple excellent cut for unmatched sparkle, held by roughly 15% of diamonds globally, which delivers near-ideal light return without the premium of an Excellent grade. At Valquère we offer colourless diamonds of the highest quality, hand-selected by our experts, ensuring unique beauty and maximum brilliance.
