How do I track the status of my delivery?

Upon shipment of your jewellery, we will email you the package's tracking number. While an exact delivery time cannot be predicted, the delivery window is expected between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. If no one is available at the designated address, the courier will leave their contact information to arrange an alternative delivery date. Once the courier confirms the delivery of your package, we will reach out to you for final confirmation.
