What is the process from purchase to delivery of my order?

Once your online jewellery purchase is made with Valquère, rest assured that you are buying with confidence. After you have placed your order, registered your payment, and provided all necessary details, we will quickly confirm your purchase. Our skilled artisans will then start crafting your unique jewellery piece, with great attention to detail.

The production time of your jewellery depends on factors such as the chosen design, material, and diamond quality. For online purchases, the production time may vary. Designs from our standard collection usually have a maximum delivery time of 10-15 working days within the EU, while tailor-made designer jewellery may take approximately 4-6 weeks.

You will receive regular updates from us throughout the production process of your jewellery. Once production is complete, we will reach out to you to discuss the delivery date. During this time, you can make adjustments to both the delivery date and address. Deliveries are typically made on weekdays. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address throughout the day, as we are unable to provide an exact delivery time. You may also choose to use your work address or the address of a trusted individual (e.g., family or friends).

At Valquère, when you decide to purchase jewellery online, we ensure 100% insured shipping until the moment of delivery. Once your courier delivers your jewellery, our team will contact you to confirm the successful delivery. You will then have 30 days to make any changes or returns, applicable only to standard jewellery.

During this period, you can return the jewellery without providing a reason, and we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Exchanging for other jewellery is also a possibility.
